"The driver called ahead, arrived on time and was polite and engaging. The vehicle was clean. I was impressed the driver was totally cognisant of the route from pick up to drop off.
My only regret is that I am unable to offer a tip having had a tax demand immediately prior to Xmas and being financially stretched at this time. But thank you for an excellent service and an excellent driver."
